I liked the utility of the music, specially the Louis Armstrong part where the whole town is burning X)
If I didn't know any better, I'd say there is an old Final Fantasy theme at the beginning?!

Flitz and Ollgabopi are pretty close.
It's actually the "Halloween Town" Theme from the Kingdom Hearts series. Basically, another version of "This is Halloween" (which is part of the Disney realm) with some Final Fantasy taste to it.
