I was with some friends during the new years up on a cabin to celebrate. I live in a valley made out of four mountains. When lightning strikes, the echo is immense and I can honestly say that on one of the strikes, I felt slightly scared, cos it was on the mountain very close to my house, so the noise level was intense. Now down to business, I recorded the whole event as I mostly do when sound reign over the land. The Footsteps package I am making for the machinima people is still going. It was in fact done awhile ago but I decided to change it. Now, I went back to the studio and recorded allot of different movements - from footsteps on surfaces to leather, chains and pots and pans. I worked a little more with the sound replacement for left4dead. It is tricky as the audio engine of the game is modified and kinda different than the other valve games. So far I've had good results with the pipebomb and shotgun. Press the title for the weapon for a sound demo for it.
