I am the Producer for Myndflame Multimedia Advanced, Inc., a small company between the cornfields and cow pastures of west-central Indiana. I’ve taken an active role in our in-house

productions as an actor, writer, director, and composer, also working as a community organizer and marketing consultant for implementation of Machinima in the mainstream media and advertising.

Since 2005, I’ve been involved in the production of more than a dozen Machinima videos reaching more than 15 million viewers, a few of the most notable being “Illegal Danish: Super Snacks”, “Learn 2 Play”, and “Epic Flight Form”. Other productions like “Hunter Squirrelbane”, “Slim Jim World of Warcraft Machinima”, and “Age of Conan – Tough Love” are examples of Machinima created to advertise specific brands and services.

I began composing in 1993 at the age of 13 and continued to experiment in various styles of music, turning my hobby into a part-time career in 2003. Within a few years my brother and I created our first Machinima, and seizing the opportunity, it became the platform for successfully marketing my music. Since then I’ve released more than 80 tracks on 5 albums combining the orchestral scores, themes, and various comical and electronic music largely popularized by their inclusion in our Machinima. (Examples: “MC Raiders”, “Learn 2 Play”, “The Healing Pants”, and “Club Thrall”.)

Besides my attention to our next generation of in-house Machinima movies and music, I’m currently focusing on innovative ways to offer exposure, growth, and development by bringing the needs of our Machinima community to game developers, advertisers, and other like-minded professionals.

I am a specialist in the field of Machinima science and marketing with experience in every aspect of video and audio production. I have worked with leading game titles from publishers such as Funcom, Mythic, and Blizzard Entertainment as well as branding and marketing agencies from ConAgra Foods, Xfire, HP, Ideazon, Giant Realm and other major advertisers on the Giant Realm network to consult, create, and implement effective  campaigns that utilize in-game media to reach the 14-36 demographic.

 

 

It has been my responsibility to create and manage local and global teams with specialized skills to meet the demands and deadlines of each project. By bringing a Hollywood style to in-game storytelling, our teams have directly contributed to the growth and popularity of Machinima in gaming communities, particularly in the massive multiplayer genre.
